As you may know, I have a woman crush on Diane Von Furstenburg. I’ve followed her home goods line from Bloomingdales and thanks to Raina I have a magazine with Diane on the cover in one of her famed wrap dresses. I ate my dinner with her silverware, and I have a few of her wrap dresses too but am too big at this point…Anyway, she’s done it again! She’s come out with a fabulous, colorful, fun fabric line at Kravet! Get a load of the awesomeness:
If this isn’t a vibrant and fabulous inspiration board, I don’t know what is.
Here are some fun blues–a blue animal printed lampshade and a fabulous trim are two of my favorite peices in this room.
Pink and orange makes a fun and SUPER bright color combination and I love the use of the wide stripes with the patterned drapery.
Do you work with a more neutral palette like I do at work? These abstract animal prints and the tone on tone floral are great choices. I do LOVE animal prints so this whole line is very exciting to me.
So what do you think? I think I can’t wait to use one (or all) of these fabrics in a project sometime soon. I’m also so impressed with the fact that she has a trim line as well. The graphic black and white pseudo chevron patterned one is perfection. DVF has done it again–I hope I see much more of these fabrics in designers rooms!
